On the total area over 4,5ha of Tan Cang – Nhon Trach terminal, Tan Cang Logistcis has been promoted the business activities show a trend toward the professional ICD, backyard for Tan Cang – Cat Lai terminal. Currently, the main activities are depot service, loading/unloading container, creating transport connection between HCM City (Tan Cang - Cat Lai Terminal) and Nhon Trach Industrial, Dong Nai Province (Tan Cang Nhon Trach Terminal).

In Quarter I/2012, total warehouse throughput reached 100,000 tons. The majority of imported and exported cargoes in bonded warehouse were coffee bean, furniture, stationery and in general warehouse were coffee bean, confectionery.

Tan Cang – Cai Mep International Terminal Co., Ltd (TCIT) hit a new net productivity record of 184 containers/hour was attained by, as operating the MOL PROMISE 067W – 068E on 2nd Feb. 2012.

In January, Tan Cang-Cai Mep gained the net productivity of 117.4 containers/hour and net productivity of one quayside crane reached 39 containers/hour. It is the first time that Tan Cang Cai Mep Container Terminal achieved such a high productivity.

In January 2012, total warehouse throughput of Tan Cang-Long Binh ICD reached 30,400 tons, increased 8.6 per cent compared to December 2011. Import turnover of cosmetics, coffee products, paper materials and motorbike has increased up to 15,900 tons.

In October, Tan Cang-Cai Mep (TCCT) gained the net productivity 86 move/vessel hour by using 03 quay sides cranes. This has reflected the efforts of all staffs and employees to increase the quality of the port services and help to maximize the cost-saving for shipping lines. More importantly, TCCT ia ablr to handle Over side – Over Weight container safely.
