Tan Cang – Cai Mep International Terminal Co., Ltd (TCIT) hit a new net productivity record of 184 containers/hour was attained by, as operating the MOL PROMISE 067W – 068E on 2nd Feb. 2012. This record helped not only Mitsui O.S.K Lines in saving cost in vessel operations but also TCIT in affirming its position and service quality in Cai Mep area.
In January 2011, the total throughput of TCIT reached 42,262 TEUs, increased 23,37% compared with the last month. The average vessel handling net productivity of the month was 100 containers/hour.
Thanks to customers and the partners who have been supporting TCIT, the total throughput of TCIT in 2012 reached 275,000 TEUs, hold 38% market share and more than 200 mother vessels called at TCIT.
