In September, the cargo volume of the warehouses increased 37.28% in comparison to those of August. The volume of the bounded warehouse increased 36.72%, those of the domestic and CFS warehouses decreased 30.35 % and 47.39% respectively.
The cargoes at the inspection CY raised sharply at about 10.71 %. The clients of the inspection CY feel satisfied with the service quality here. The area of the leased area of warehouse increased 10,075 sqm or 19.4%. The warehouse occupancy is 68.9%.
In September, there are more new customers in Tan Cang – Long Binh ICD. More customers are concerned in the warehouse lease and the services of Tan Cang – Long Binh ICD. Tan Cang – Long Binh ICD plans to build the cold and cool warehouses in the time to come to meet the incresing demand for the warehouse lease as well as the value added logistic services in here. The warehouse No 4 & No 8 have been operational. It is expected that the five existing warehouses in Tan Cang – Long Binh ICD shall be full and the ocupation ratio of the warehouse shall be 98% at the end of this year.
Tan Cang – Long Binh ICD has been levelling the 20 hectares of phase 2 for the project of the agricultural product warehouses. The showroom for the high quality furniture has been deployed promptly. Tan Cang – Long Binh ICD aims at developing into a Logistic centre. A service complex with the diversified business activities and this will become a strong driver for the development of the surrounding areas in Dong Nai province.
In the present time, Long Binh Transportation and Logistic Company has been established and operational. This subsidiary of Tan Cang – Long Binh ICD shall be specialized in transportation, logistics and operations of CFS warehouses in Tan Cang – Long Binh ICD.
