In the evening of 13th March 2013, at the Berth C4 of Tan Cang Port, Saigon Newport organized the Customer Appreciation Party- Spring 2013 on the topic “Sustaining Implicit Trust”. SNP was happy to welcome nearly 1,200 representatives from import/export companies, shipping lines, shipping agencies, forwarding companies, associations, partners, vendors and the leaders & representatives of the governmental.
2012 has passed with many difficulties and challenging. In such situation, SNP has made its most attempt with the commitment of “ Come to SNP, come to the best quality service”, SNP has continuously been innovative , creative and upgrading service quality to meet increasingly high demand of customers and proved the stable development. The container throughput of SNP reached more than 3.5 million TEU- a 10% year on year increase. The container volume of Cat Lai terminal was over 2.87 million TEUS, making up 85% market share of import/export containers in Ho Chi Minh city area. In 2012, SNP established Saigon Newport Logistcs (SNPL). SNPL unites & promotes the strengths of SNP in terminal, CY and warehouse operations, trucking & barging services and will develop the customs broker, sea & air freights so as to provide the one stop services which will bring lots of benefits & conveniences to customers.
Delivering the speech at the party, Rear Admiral Nguyễn Đăng Nghiêm- General Director of SNP expressed sincere thanks to all the customers, and governmental authorities. He emphasized “There is a Vietnamese saying “You will reap what you sow"- we sow the sincerity, we will gain the confidence, we sow the trust, we will have the long term cooperation. . We ourselves fully understand that we sow the seeds and we are those who look forward to reaping the sweet ripe fruits as well. The uniting, co-operation, confidence & responsibilities to each others as the accompanying friends will make the fruitful crops” . The trust is the basic foundation for long term co-operation, therefore ”sustaining implicit trust” has been chosen the message SNP want to give to all the customers in 2013.
