Further to the previous notices to you informing about the SNP’s solutions and measures to deal with the situation and actual operation at Tan Cang- Cat Lai terminal after the implementation of the Decree No. 34/2010 by the Government on penalizing container truck drivers without FC driving license, we would like to advise you about the Document No 1170/Ttg- KTN dated 13 July 2010 by the Government signed by the Deputy Prime Minister on the extension of postponing the implementation of the penalizing container truck drivers without FC driving licenses until June 30th 2011 (as in the attached file). The Ministry of Transportation has been assigned by the Government to co-ordinate with the relating Bodies to implement the Document to ensure the stipulated time limit.
