Comparing to the previous month, warehouse throughput was up 1.48% while CY throughput increased by 19.58%, which resulted in an 8.75% increase in total throughput.
Since 1st of July, TC-ST ICD has started operated full services at CFS warehouse for APL Logistics (Vietnam). Formerly TC-ST ICD only acted as a third party vendor to provide warehousing and stevedoring services for APL Logistics. In fact, there are many obstacles arising in the first stage of applying new processes, such as: management change, report process, new inventory management policy and other workforce issues. Understanding that, TC-ST ICD and APL Logistics have already arranged numerous training sessions for employees so they can precisely follow APLL’s policies. Both parties are also building the KPI quality measurement indicators. Next month, TC-ST ICD and APL Logistics will sign the quality commitment. This is the regular activity of TC-ST ICD with other strategic partners.
